- Hosted by Trained Moderators: Each chat room is moderated by an experienced GamCare advisor ensuring an environment of mutual respect and empathy. They are there to guide the conversation and provide resources to support your journey.
- Share and Learn: Engage in meaningful conversations about personal experiences, coping strategies, and available resources. By sharing and learning from others, you can gain new perspectives and find practical advice to help you on your journey.

How to Join
Signing up is very easy. To participate in our chat rooms, you must register. Once you register, the chat room will be visible on the chat room page and you can drop by any time after 1am to connect.
When you register, we will ask for a username. There is no need to use your real name or any identifier as your username as this is the name displayed publicly when sending messages in our chat rooms.
When you register, we will ask for your email and first name, but this information will not be displayed publicly and can only be accessed by the GamCare team.
This means you can remain anonymous when speaking in our chat rooms and on our forums, as well as allowing you access to MyGamCare.
