- wheat tortillas: I have used my homemade whole wheat tortillas. You can substitute store-bought tortillas, chapati, roti, or multigrain bread if desired.
- hummus: You can use store bought or flavored hummus like roasted garlic, peri peri for extra flavor.
- Vegetables : Cucumber, carrot, capsicum, onion and spring onion are used as filling for the wrap. You can use any filling of your choice like paneer, chicken or egg.
- Red chili flakes: Red chili flakes are the only spice added. You can adjust the amount based on how spicy you like it.
- Salt : Salt is added to balance the overall taste and flavor of the wrapper.

Step by Step Images
1)Prepare all your vegetables. Make sure it is sliced very thinly in julienne for texture.

2)I used homemade hummus for this recipe.

3)Now let’s assemble the wrap. I used homemade whole wheat tortillas.

4) Spread a generous amount of hummus over the tortillas.

5) Spread evenly in a thin layer.

6)Now let’s sprinkle it over the vegetables. I use shredded cabbage, you can use lettuce or spinach.

7) Arrange the cucumber matchsticks thinly.

8)Now thin the julienne carrots.

9)I also added sliced spring onions. You can skip it entirely or use sliced onions.

10)Now some chopped bell peppers.

11)Now spring onions.

12)You need to add a little salt.

13)add some red chili flakes. You can even use any herb of your choice.

14)Now wrap it tightly.

15)I like to wrap it in plastic wrap to secure the wrapper. It also keeps the wrap fresh for a longer period of time.

16) Enjoy.

- Warm the tortillas for a few seconds in a tawa or in the microwave before wrapping them. This makes it soft and flexible to roll without breaking.
- Spread the hummus evenly over the tortilla and leave a little space around the edges for easy rolling.
